How to preorder?
For the goods in the pre-ordered stage, customers can purchase the statue at a discount price by purchasing the corresponding postcard of the statue. At the same time, customers can choose to buy the statue separately, but they need to wait for the product to be finished and then price it according to the market conditions, the price may rise by 10% to 30%.
If statues broken or lost during shipping , how to solve it?
RESIN STATUES ARE VERY FRAGILE PRODUCTS. Due to the risks involved in the transportation process, we cannot be 100% sure that the statue will not be damaged.
The first time the customer receives the package, please take a photo of the package before it is opened, so as to determine whether the package has been opened by the express company, customs, etc. If parts of the goods are still damaged in the case of good packaging, please contact the customer service of Figureace to explain the situation, and we will make partial compensation according to the extent of the damage. Generally, 3% to 5% of the goods themselves will be compensated, and the freight cannot be refunded.
After I pre-ordered a product , when I pay the rest?
We will write approximate release date in product description. when it is ready shipped, we will inform you via email to pay rest after confirming that you have purchased the postcard corresponding to the statue.
Coustoms fees
We do not charge the customs fees.And we usually write lower declared value as gift (the price we will according to the box size)in the dispatch notes to help buyers reduce the customs fees of avoid it. Also we can provide the tax free shipping method for some countries.
