IF SOMETHING IS RECEIVED DAMAGED
RESIN STATUES ARE VERY FRAGILE!!
1.Due to the risks involved in the transportation process, we cannot be 100% sure that the statue will not be damaged.
The first time the customer receives the package, please take a photo of the package before it is opened, so as to determine whether the package has been opened by the express company, customs, etc.
If parts of the goods are still damaged under the condition of good outer packing, please contact the customer service of Figureace to explain the situation, and we will make partial compensation according to the extent of the damage, generally 15% of the goods themselves. (The freight is not refundable)
2. In terms of after-sales service, if you purchase through pre-ordered goods and complete the balance payment, or some recently completed in-stock goods, we can repair for you for free within one weeks on the premise that the studio can provide replacement parts, or send a new replacement part, but you need to pay the freight for the return journey. This condition only applies to the case of minor damage to the parts. In case of serious or extensive damage, we will not be able to provide after-sales maintenance service for you.
